Why We Started

Kingdom First Claims Advocates was founded by Dustin Miller, a licensed Texas Public Adjuster (TDI License #3507522), after years spent around the collision repair industry watching people accept less than they were owed — not because they had no rights, but because nobody told them what those rights were.

We built this firm to close that gap: reviewing offers, building independent appraisals, and invoking the appraisal process on behalf of Texas policyholders who would otherwise have no one working for their side of the number.
